BOOKING FEES
All non-model appointments require a non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee will be deducted from your remaining balance. The balance will be due at the conclusion of service. We accept cash (exact amount), Zelle, or credit/debit cards only. Debit and credit cards are subject to a 3% fee automatically added to your total if you pay by card.
NO REFUNDS
Refunds are not given under any circumstances. If you experience excessive lash fallout after following appropriate aftercare instructions, you agree to allow me to correct or remove your lashes within 48 hours of your previous service free of charge. Anything over 48 hours will be considered a new appointment, and regular fees will apply.
CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment. Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled once within 7 days without paying a new booking fee. If the appointment is rescheduled more than once, a new booking fee is required. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the booking fee. By confirming this appointment, you are agreeing to abide by this policy.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME
Your appointment time will be dedicated to ensuring we have enough time so that you will leave with your desired look, so please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. No call no, shows will not be able to book with me moving forward without paying the total service amount in advance. Our studio space is limited, so only the guest being serviced at that time is allowed in the studio. Extra guests are not permitted in the studio during your service. This includes children and pets. Please allow enough time in your schedule for us to use the full appointment time to achieve your desired look.
BE PREPARED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please come to your lash appointment without mascara, makeup or oil based products on your face. Extended lash baths due to poor lash aftercare take additional time and will result in less time for lash application. I only have built-in time for a mini lash bath with each fill service. Removal of makeup falls outside of the scope of a mini lash bath. If you arrive to your appointment and your eye area is not adequately prepared for your lash service you will be charged for a regular lash bath. Additionally, please refrain from consuming any caffeine-based products prior to your lash appointment, as this may cause your eyes to flutter and make lashing difficult.
PERSONAL GROOMING
Please refrain from smoking immediately before your appointment. Also, please do not wear heavily scented perfumes or lotions to your appointment.
MINIMIZE DISTRACTIONS DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Due to the nature of some services provided, clients must be able to lie on their backs with their eyes closed for an extended period of time. Phone calls and texts should be limited to emergencies only during this time.
FOREIGN FILLS
I do not work over lash extensions applied by another lash artist. If you are currently wearing eyelash extensions applied by another artist and would like to be serviced at Noire Lash Studio, we require removal first.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
All clients must sign a COVID-19 waiver before each appointment for the foreseeable future. Masks are required before entering the studio and must cover your nose and mouth for the duration of your appointment. Your temperature will be checked before entering the studio. If you have a temperature upon your arrival, your appointment will be rescheduled.
PHOTOS/VIDEOS
You agree to release the rights to any photo or video taken before, during, or after the procedure to be used for educational or marketing purposes.
